Schedule a strategy call.
Tell us how your business runs and where the friction is. We will come back within one business day with an honest read on whether AI can help you, and what it would take.
If the answer is that it cannot help you yet, we will say so, and tell you what we would do in your position instead.
What happens after you send this?
Three things, in this order, with no pitch deck at any point.
- 01
A reply within one business day
From a person who has read what you wrote. Not an autoresponder and not a sequence.
- 02
A 30-minute call about your operations
We ask how the work actually moves through your business and where it gets stuck. You ask whatever you need to ask. If it becomes clear on the call that we are not the right fit, we will say so there rather than sending a proposal you have to decline.
- 03
A proposal, only if there is a real opportunity
With scope, duration, and a fee. If we cannot identify something worth building, you get that in writing instead, along with what we would do in your position.
Tell us about your business.
Everything except company name is required. The more specific you are about the friction, the more useful the first call is.
What should I put in the message?
Whatever is actually annoying you. The most useful messages we get are unpolished.
If you want a starting point, any one of these makes a good first call: the task your team does every week that everyone hates, the point in your process where things reliably fall through, the question customers ask you over and over, the report that takes half a day to produce, or the fact that your search traffic has dropped and nobody can explain why.
You do not need to know what you want built. Most people who contact us do not, and figuring that out is the job.
Common questions before getting in touch.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and no invoice at the end of it. We use it to understand how your business runs and to tell you honestly whether we can help. What we charge for is the work: the assessments, the builds, and the audits. The conversation that decides whether any of them make sense for you is not the work.
Will I get a sales sequence?
No. You get a reply from a person within one business day. If the conversation ends there, it ends there.
What if we are not ready to start?
Then get in touch anyway and say so. A call that ends with "come back in six months, and here is what to do in the meantime" is a perfectly good outcome, and it happens regularly.
Do you work with businesses outside the United States?
Anywhere in the United States. There is no regional limit and the work is done remotely, so being in your city is not a requirement and never has been. If you are outside the US, ask, and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Prefer email? Write to hello@appliedaistrategies.ai and you will get the same reply within one business day.
