AI Implementation Consulting

Implement AI that delivers measurable results.

We help businesses automate processes, improve productivity, and increase profitability through practical AI implementation.

No hype, and no pilot that quietly dies in month three. Working systems, inside the software you already use, measured against one number you agree to before we start.

We build what we recommend, and it stays our responsibility until it works.

How this starts

Where does a business actually start with AI?

Start with an assessment. Two to four weeks, fixed scope, and a written roadmap you own at the end of it whether you build anything with us or not. Everything else on this page is a decision you make after you have that document, not before.

There are four ways to work with us. They escalate in commitment, and each one stands on its own. Most engagements start at rung two.

/ 01

AI Leadership Workshop

Two working sessions that get your leadership team speaking the same language about AI. Your team leaves aligned on what AI can and cannot do in your industry, with a written action plan and an honest list of what we recommend you skip.

/ 02 ยท Start here

AI Readiness Assessment

Two to four weeks inside your operations. We map how the business actually runs, score every opportunity by return, effort, and risk, and hand you a phased roadmap with a modeled return on the top recommendations. It is a document, not a sales call.

AI Readiness Assessment

/ 03

Implementation Sprint

We build what the assessment prioritized. Typically 4 to 8 weeks per system, tested against real cases from your business rather than demo data, integrated with the software your team already opens every morning. You own it outright.

/ 04

Ongoing AI Partnership

A monthly engagement for businesses past their first successful build. We hold the strategy, ship the next system, keep the guardrails current as the technology moves, and report monthly against the metrics we agreed. Twelve-month minimum initial term.

What gets built

What kind of AI work do you actually do?

Five areas. The first four come from a simple question set we use to find where AI pays in a business: what could we do faster, what could we offer that used to be too expensive, what would make this work more profitable, and what could we repeat without hiring. The fifth answers a newer question, which is whether your customers can find you at all now that AI answers their search.

The examples under each area are illustrative, not a menu. What gets built is decided by the assessment.

What could we do faster?

Business Process Automation

We automate the repetitive work that slows a skilled team down, so the hours go back into work that genuinely needs a person.

Call transcripts turned into summaries, action items, and next steps. First-draft proposals built from intake answers and meeting notes. Meeting notes sorted into a task list by person, deadline, and priority. Client onboarding packets assembled from the information you already collected.

What could we offer now that used to be too expensive or too complicated?

Customer-Facing AI

Assistants, tools, and guided experiences that help your customers get answers and make decisions, without adding headcount.

A website assistant that answers from your actual services, FAQs, and policies. A quote builder that lets a customer configure a service and get an estimate. A recommendation quiz that routes a prospect to the right package. An internal assistant trained on your own SOPs.

What would make this work more profitable?

Sales & Revenue Operations

Systems that protect margin on the work you already sell: faster quoting, better-qualified leads, tighter scope, and reporting that writes itself.

Proposal automation. Lead scoring by fit, urgency, budget, and need. A scope-of-work builder that protects profit. A change-request analyzer that flags what is in scope, out of scope, or billable.

What could we repeat, automate, or sell?

Scale & Leverage

Systems that let you serve more customers without adding proportional labor, and turn one-off expertise into something repeatable.

A custom service turned into a repeatable intake process with defined inputs and outputs. A self-guided audit prospects complete before they book a call. A client education library built from the explanations you give over and over.

Are we visible when AI answers the customer's question?

AI Search Visibility (AEO)

We measure exactly what ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot say about your business, then fix what is keeping you out of the answer.

How we work

How does an engagement actually run?

Four steps, each ending in something you can hold. You always know where the engagement stands and what the next number is.

  1. 01

    Assess

We spend two to four weeks inside your operations. We map your workflows and interview the people doing the work, not only the people describing it. Those two groups rarely give the same answer, and the difference is usually where the opportunity is.

  2. 02

    Prioritize

Every opportunity gets scored by return, effort, and risk. We sequence from fastest payback, and we put in writing what is not worth automating and why. That list is often the most useful page in the report.

  3. 03

    Implement

We build, integrate, and test in weeks rather than quarters, against real cases from your business. Multiple systems get sequenced rather than run in parallel, so your team is never absorbing more than one change at a time.

  4. 04

    Measure and refine

Every engagement is anchored to one KPI agreed before work starts: hours saved, cost reduced, or revenue gained. We report against that number monthly and keep refining until it is met.

What to expect

What results should I expect, and when?

These are the commitments we make at the start of an engagement, not averages taken from past clients. We would rather publish a promise we intend to keep than a statistic you have no way to check.

90 daysTo a first measurable result

Every engagement targets a working system producing value inside the first quarter.

10+ hrsReclaimed per week

The target we set when automating routine operations for a small team.

1 KPIAgreed before we start

Each engagement is anchored to a single success metric, defined with you up front.

You will not find case studies on this site yet. We have not published any, because we do not have client results we are cleared to name and measure, and inventing them would contradict the first thing we tell every client. When that changes, they will appear here with the client's name on them.

Why us

What makes Applied AI Strategies different from an advice-only consultant?

We don't hand you a strategy deck and walk away. If you want what we recommend built, we build it. You will know exactly who is doing the work before you commit, and it stays our responsibility until it works. If you would rather your own team did the building, the plan is written so they can.

That closes the gap where most AI consulting quietly ends. A firm that only advises has to hand its recommendations to someone else, and the plan starts degrading the moment it changes hands. When the people who wrote the strategy are the people who ship it, there is nothing to translate and nobody to blame.

What we stand for

  • Honesty over salesmanship
  • Excellence over speed
  • Long-term relationships over transactions
  • Practicality over theory
Get started

Ready to find out where AI pays in your business?

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck, and no obligation. We ask how the work actually moves through your business and where it gets stuck, then tell you straight whether there is something here worth building. Sometimes the answer is no, and you will hear that on the call rather than in a proposal you have to decline.
